1.1 Calculation of CVJ
Example:

when the drive shaft is loaded.

- Processing of new machining strategies to produce components more
  efficiently and with greater accuracy.
- Design of new tool types.
Example:
Milling of a ball:
Production of a high-precision ball / ball joint.
Production of an outer contour of a ball cage.
Syncromilling:
Synchronous milling of cage windows.
Lead free turning:
Two approaches for machining the lead free shaft surface:
1. Scroll-free Turning
2. Rotary milling
There are also other manufacturing options such as rotary turning.
1. Principle of Scroll-free Turning:
The surface of the turning contour is created with a wide cutting edge
instead of a tool driving over it.
In order to counteract an increased cutting force, the cutting edge is twisted.
The cutting engagement point therefore moves along the cutting edge,
which also leads to an increase in service life.
Benefits:
- Achieving an increased surface quality
- The subsequent cylindrical grinding operation is economized.
2. Rotary milling:
In this type of processing, the surface is created by using a rotating milling tool.
Benefits:
- Achieving a very high surface quality
- Very efficient and easy machining.
A rotating tool axis is required.
